Rep. Hammond stands up for law-abiding gun owners

State Rep. Norine Hammond speaks out against HB 1091, which would ban private transfers of firearms, require fingerprints for FOID applications and renewals, double the application fee of a FOID to $20 while halving the duration to five years, and increase the processing time for FOID cards. These proposals make it more difficult and expensive for law-abiding citizens to exercise their Second Amendment rights.
