State Representatives Travis Weaver (IL-93) and Norine Hammond (IL-94) answered questions and covered a variety of topics during their tele-town hall forum held on Tuesday, June 20th. Questions ranged from the FY24 budget to the Second Amendment, and Reps. Weaver and Hammond were able to speak directly to each constituent asking questions.
“I had a blast answering questions and speaking with constituents on my tele-town hall with Representative Hammond,” said Rep. Weaver. “It’s a great opportunity to hear directly from those we represent, and, like we said on the call, if you have any questions, ideas, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact either of our offices.”
“I want to thank our constituents who took the time to listen in and ask questions during our tele-town hall forum this week,” said Rep. Hammond. “We had thousands of participants and were able to answer a good number of questions about state policy issues, which made the forum a tremendous success. I’m looking forward to meeting with constituents from across the district during my traveling office hours events this summer. My staff and I are here to help connect people with important state services.”
