Rep. Hammond’s Traveling FOID Card Assistance Event – Havana

As a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and safe, responsible gun ownership, Rep. Hammond is committed to making sure that gun owners in the 93rd District are able to apply for and renew their Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) cards in a timely manner.

If you need to renew your FOID card or want to apply for a new one, please come to one of Rep. Hammond’s free FOID card assistance events for help navigating the process to assemble and submit your FOID application to the Illinois State Police (ISP). Please bring a Driver’s License or State-issued ID card and your ISP online account information (username and password). If you are unable to attend any of these events, you may schedule an appointment with our Macomb office or call to walk through the FOID application process over the phone. Please note that updated FOID cards will not be issued on-site. Only the ISP can issue a new FOID card. Applications must still be submitted to ISP.
